Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive (Telesales). The Sales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote and sell MeeM's online courses, managing customer relationships, and addressing customer inquiries promptly. They will also be tasked with meeting and exceeding sales targets, providing support and guidance to customers, participating in sales meetings and training sessions, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Ability to work independently and remotely Proficiency in using sales and CRM software Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus Experience in the education industry is a plus
