Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business development, healthcare consulting, sales operations, or a related field. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to develop business cases and financial models. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with senior stakeholders across various levels and functions – including hospital executives, clinical leaders, investors, and government entities. Familiarity with healthcare infrastructure development, including hospital construction, facility expansion, and project lifecycle considerations. Understanding of healthcare market dynamics, regulations, procurement processes, and value-based care principles. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to work effectively in diverse, international environments, preferably within matrix organizations or cross-regional teams.
