Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead our diagnostics equipment and consumables business in the Mangalore region. Key Responsibilities: • Drive sales and revenue growth in the assigned territory. • Promote diagnostic instruments and their consumables to labs, hospitals, nursing homes, and distributors. • Develop new business opportunities while managing existing customer relationships. • Conduct product demos, training sessions, and promotional activities. • Monitor competitor activities and suggest market strategies. • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations and customer satisfaction. • Provide timely reports on sales performance, market feedback, and forecasts. Candidate Requirements: • 3–7 years of sales experience in Diagnostics / Medical Devices (preferred). • Strong customer network and market understanding in the region. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Languages: Proficiency in Kannada, Tulu, Konkani, English, and Hindi is highly desirable. • Education: Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, MLT, or related field. MBA is an added advantage. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
