Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant located in Kanpur, with some work from home flexibility. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks, managing schedules, preparing reports, and coordinating with various departments. This role also involves handling communication, assisting with project management, and providing general support to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Strong administrative and organizational skills, including managing schedules and preparing reports Excellent communication and coordination abilities, able to assist with project management and inter-department coordination Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and manage multiple tasks Prior experience in a similar healthcare or MedTech role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
