Make outbound calls to healthcare professionals, chemists, stockists, and distributors to promote pharmaceutical products. Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability. Explain product features, therapeutic benefits, and usage to clients. Generate sales leads and follow up to convert them into orders. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM/database. Coordinate with the field sales team for order fulfillment and after-sales support. Share promotional offers, rate changes, and new product launches with clients. Handle complaints or queries professionally and escalate complex issues when needed. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
