Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry events. Client Acquisition: Reach out to potential clients, present Medicoshield's services, and close sales. Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Medicoshield’s offerings, including legal services, insurance plans, and risk management solutions, to effectively communicate these to clients. Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements and challenges. Collaboration: Work closely with the legal and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients. Client Education: Educate potential and existing clients about the benefits of legal and insurance services offered by Medicoshield. Key Requirements: Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or legal services. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
