Personal Assistant :- 1. Travel Arrangements i Ticket Booking: Research, book, and manage flight, train, or other transportation tickets, considering preferred airlines/carriers, loyalty programs, and cost-effectiveness. Online Cash Transactions i Transaction Execution: Process online payments, transfers, and other financial transactions as instructed by the MD. This could include bill payments, vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and personal transfers. ii Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all online transactions, including dates, amounts, recipients, purposes, and transaction IDs. This often involves using spreadsheets or dedicated financial software. iii Security & Confidentiality: Strictly adhere to all security protocols for online banking and financial data.
