Job Title: Medical Translator

Job Summary:

The Medical Translator is responsible for translating and interpreting medical documents and conversations between patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring clear and accurate communication while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate medical documents, prescriptions, discharge summaries, and reports accurately.
• Interpret verbal communication between patients and doctors during consultations and procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and cultural sensitivity in all translations.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Support international patients in understanding treatment plans and hospital processes.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and admin teams for smooth communication.
• Proofread and verify all translated documents.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Strong command of medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year as a Medical Translator or similar role in a healthcare setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
