Job Title: Medical Transcriptionist & Virtual Assistant (American Accent Required)

We are a growing healthcare practice dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring smooth and efficient operations. We are looking for a Medical Transcriptionist & Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our daily workflow.

Position: Full-Time / Part-Time (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately transcribe medical notes, charts, and documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, patient communication, and managing electronic records.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a clear American accent.
• Assist with virtual office tasks including email management, data entry, and coordination with staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Must-Have Qualities:

• Strong transcription skills with knowledge of medical terminology.
• Clear American accent with excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Experience working as a Virtual Assistant in a healthcare or business setting.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently.
• Tech-savvy with EMR/EHR systems and basic office software (Word, Excel, Google Workspace).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in medical transcription and virtual assistance.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance.
