Adhere to all functional and service SoPs
- Deal with all general inquiries, explain procedures and make new and follow-up appointments.
- Smoothly facilitate, in a non-disruptive manner, patients without appointment needing urgent consultation. May require politely requesting patients with appointments to wait longer.
- Explain requirements to new patients to ensure procedures are completed without delay.
- Proactively communicate with waiting patients; keep them updated and help them when required.
- Receive and make telephone calls as required. Divert calls and take messages, ensuring accuracy of detail and prompt appropriate delivery.
- Patient notes and correspondence:
w Accurately capture and ensure complete data updated on system;
w Accuracy of ultrasound, X-RAY, Echo, HSG & discharge summary reports.
- Ensure 100% report dispatch.
- Coordinate with related department for smooth patient transfers.
- Maintain required register and data, Online PNDT application
- Maintain stock and reorder and monitor cost saving.
Fulfilling the Service Vision & Inter-department Coordination:
- Is well-groomed as per standard; maintains discipline and decorum.
- Responsible for the implementation of the Service Vision ensures personalized care while delivering service.
- Collects customer feedback as per SoP.
- Engages well with Clinicians and colleagues, builds respect and rapport.
- Coordinates with support departments to ensure customers are comfortable and services are as per standard.
- Maintains a cordial interpersonal relationship with all colleagues.
Personal Development:
- Attends in-service programs and trainings to enhance knowledge.
- Ensures is up to date with latest protocols and practices.
- Strong functional knowledge. Good understanding of customer service skills
- Competence in:- computer skills , understands software.

Quality indicators re-do scan; mistakes in typing, despatch of reports as per TAT

Less than 5 written complaints for Billing per 100 Out-patients.
