As a Medical Transcriptionist, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing medical reports, discharge summaries, and operative notes dictated by physicians and specialists from various departments. Your key responsibilities will include maintaining the confidentiality of patient records, coordinating with consultants to clarify any inconsistencies, and ensuring timely delivery of reports and discharge summaries to the respective departments. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in medical transcription, with a minimum of 1 year preferred. Additionally, you should possess a good typing speed and excellent attention to detail.
