Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Medical Representative to promote TAC Aligner's clear aligner solutions, develop strong relationships with dentists and orthodontists, generate new business opportunities, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit dentists, orthodontists, and dental clinics regularly to promote TAC Aligner's products and services.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dental professionals.

• Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and meet assigned territory objectives.

• Explain product features, benefits, treatment workflows, and services to doctors.

• Follow up with doctors regarding cases, orders, payments, and pending business opportunities.

• Coordinate with the clinical support, treatment planning, and head office teams to ensure smooth case processing.

• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from doctors and clinics.

• Maintain daily visit records, call reports, doctor feedback, and follow-up details in the company's reporting application.

• Submit daily activity reports, weekly tour plans, and territory development plans to the reporting manager.

• Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to increase market share.

• Participate in product training, sales meetings, and review sessions as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in pharmacy, life sciences, dental, or healthcare is preferred.

• 0-5 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, dental, or medical device sales is preferred.

• Fresher Can Apply for the role .

• Fresher or Experience in dental aligners or dental equipment sales will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently in the field and achieve sales targets.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile-based reporting applications.

• Achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Number of daily doctor visits and productive calls.

• New doctor acquisition and business development.

• Number of cases generated from existing and new doctors.

• Timely follow-up and collection of outstanding payments.

• Accuracy and timely submission of field activity reports.

• Doctor engagement, retention, and territory growth.
