The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare professionals while achieving sales targets and expanding the company's market presence. Key Responsibilities* Promote UGO Generic pharmaceutical products to clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.* Increase product awareness through regular field visits.* Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, chemists, stockists, and distributors.* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.* Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.* Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate product benefits.* Ensure product availability at pharmacies and distributor points.* Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.* Submit daily call reports, expense reports, and sales updates to the reporting manager. Eligibility Criteria* Bachelor's degree in any discipline * Candidates with experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales will be preferred.* Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.* Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
