Job Summary: The Medical Sales Representative promotes and sells medical products, equipment, or pharmaceuticals to hospitals, clinics, doctors, and other healthcare professionals. They act as a key link between the company and healthcare providers, aiming to meet sales targets while educating clients about product benefits, usage, and safety. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell the company’s medical products to healthcare professionals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other stakeholders. Conduct product presentations and training for healthcare professionals. Organize appointments and meetings with customers (both existing and potential). Demonstrate product usage and answer technical and clinical questions. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and tenders to close deals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor competitor activity and market trends. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market feedback. Attend industry conferences, seminars, and workshops to stay up to date with new products and trends. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
