Medical Reviewer

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and summarize large volumes of medical records into structured reports
• Prepare medical chronologies, narrative summaries, and case timelines
• Identify diagnoses, procedures, medications, and functional limitations
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and client-specific formatting standards
• Coordinate with QA/Audit teams for revisions and clarifications
• Maintain confidentiality and data-security compliance
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Background in Physiotherapy / Nursing / Pharmacy / Life Sciences / Allied Health
• Strong medical terminology & clinical understanding
• Experience in medical record review/transcription / clinical documentation preferred
• Excellent written English and attention to detail
• Ability to work with deadlines and team-based workflows

• Production and quality are monitored on a daily basis.
• Repeated avoidable errors, lack of accountability, or failure to meet deliverables will not be accommodated.
