Job Summary:

Mukim Ayurvedic Agencies is seeking a dynamic and driven Medical Representative (MR) to promote and sell our wide range of Ayurvedic medicines to doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for natural healthcare, and prior experience in field sales or pharmaceutical promotion (Ayurveda preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote Ayurvedic products to doctors (Ayurvedic & Allopathic), pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
• Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness and demand.
• Visit clients in assigned territory (clinics, hospitals, chemists, distributors) on a daily basis.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Attend medical conferences, training programs, and product launch events.
• Submit daily reports and maintain documentation of visits and follow-ups.
• Provide market feedback on competitor activities and customer preferences.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (Science/Pharmacy preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in Ayurvedic product sales is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Ayurvedic medicines and healthcare industry.
• Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Should own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently.
