Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Visit doctors, hospitals, and pharmacists to promote assigned products with scientifically accurate and persuasive communication. - Explain product indications, dosage, mechanism of action, benefits, and potential side effects to healthcare professionals. - Influence doctors to prescribe company products through effective detailing, relationship-building, and follow-ups. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals set by the company for the assigned territory. - Plan and execute daily field visits within the designated area; maintain call cycles and visit frequency. - Gather information about competitor products, promotional strategies, and market trends to inform company strategy. - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), doctors, chemists, and stockists. - Support and participate in Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, product launches, doctor meetings, and camps. - Ensure product availability at retail and wholesale outlets; coordinate with distributors and supply chain for order execution. - Maintain accurate records of daily calls, doctor interactions, samples distributed, and prescriptions generated in CRM tools or manual reports. - Promote products in accordance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., UCPMP, MCI rules) and company code of conduct. - Attend product training sessions and continuously update knowledge on new products, medical advancements, and industry regulations. -Gather and relay feedback from the market, including doctors responses, patient outcomes, and product complaints. Preferred candidate profile -Any Graduate (B.Com,B.Sc,B.A,D.Pharm,B.Pharm) - Freshers with strong communication - Preferably Age between 22 to 30 years - Prior exposure to therapeutic areas like General Medicine & Pediatrics, preferred - Knowledge of local healthcare providers and chemist network -Strong verbal and written communication in local language and English - Positive attitude, energetic and well-groomed - Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory in field roles) Benefits-Mediclaim,Incentive,Daily Allowance
