Medical Records Department (MRD INCHARGE)

As a Medical Records Department Incharge at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining patient files and ensuring that all records are accurately filed and preserved. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining patient files and retrieving them for scheduled appointments - Filing study patient charts and all patient data promptly - Initiating records for new patients and creating computer indexes - Preparing file labels and maintaining filing statistics - Auditing filing sequence to ensure accuracy - Preserving medical records in compliance with statutory norms - Coordinating with other departments regarding record-keeping - Keeping track of indicators as per policy guidelines - Photocopying records and documents for billing and legal purposes - Sending and receiving information via facsimile machine - Keeping supervisors informed of any problems or issues - Monitoring supplies needed for efficient record-keeping - Participating in educational and training programs within and outside the hospital - Handling all documentation and work related to Quality Systems, following NABH guidelines In addition, as part of our team, you will enjoy benefits such as a flexible schedule, health insurance, paid sick time, and various bonuses including joining bonus, performance bonus, quarterly bonus, and yearly bonus.
