Medical Record Room Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the Medical Record Room. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining patient files, preparing discharge summaries, and ensuring proper documentation of all inpatient and outpatient records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and type discharge summaries as per consultant’s notes.
• Maintain and organize medical records and patient files systematically.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
• Assist in retrieval and submission of medical records when required.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and billing departments for documentation updates.
• Keep daily record room operations organized and up to date.

Qualification & Skills:

• Graduate (preferably in Medical / Healthcare / Administration field).
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Ability to work in a team and manage workload efficiently.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital record room or medical documentation preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
