Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Patient Interaction:

Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system
Verify and process patient insurance details and eligibility

Appointment & Scheduling Management:

Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to manage appointment calendars
Notify patients of any schedule changes or delays

Administrative & Clerical Duties:

Maintain organized patient records (electronic and paper-based)
Handle billing, co-pays, and other payment transactions
Manage office supplies and ensure reception area cleanliness
Prepare and process correspondence, forms, and medical reports

Compliance & Confidentiality:

Maintain patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA or local medical confidentiality laws
Ensure all patient data is entered accurately into the EMR/EHR system
Follow clinic protocols for patient check-in and check-out

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
