Job Title: Medical Receptionist

Location: CivilTownship, MACPANAROMA Health Hub, Job Type: Full-time Salary: Range, e.g. ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Experience: Freshers or Experienced candidates can apply

Job Description:

We are looking for a polite, organized, and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, managing front-desk activities and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients and visitors at the front desk
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
Maintain patient records and update files
Coordinate with doctors and medical staff
Handle billing and basic administrative tasks
Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to handle patients politely and professionally
Prior experience in a clinic/hospital is a plus (but not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
