We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Medical Officer (MO) to join our clinical team. As a medical officer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care under the supervision of senior medical staff. This role involves assessing patients, diagnosing conditions, managing treatment plans, and supporting the overall healthcare delivery in a dynamic hospital environment. Conduct initial assessments and take detailed patient histories and physical examinations. Diagnose illnesses, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and initiate appropriate treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment in collaboration with the senior medical team. Assist in emergency and routine medical procedures. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and clinical documentation. Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Participate in ward rounds, case discussions, and departmental meetings. Respond to patient needs during on-call shifts or emergency situations. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and ethical standards. Engage in continuous learning and professional development.
