Medical Officer

As a reviewer at a US based MNC in Vadodara, Gujarat, India, your primary responsibility will involve reviewing and verifying large volumes of patient's full medical records with precision. You will be required to perform clinical reviews according to specific methodologies and prepare detailed reports including chronologies, timelines, summaries, mass tort matrix, and medical opinions on case validity and valuation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and summarizing medical records for pre and post-settlement projects. - Interpreting clinical data using medical terminology and diagnosis. - Adhering to company policies and principles to maintain the Company culture. - Ensuring compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) at all times. - Providing daily reports to the Medical team lead regarding productivity and quality. In terms of technical skills, you should possess: - Basic knowledge of health care data analysis and clinical review. - Proficiency in medical terminology, assessments, patient evaluation, and clinical medicine. - Ability to work effectively with Microsoft Word, Adobe, and Excel. Interpersonally, you should exhibit: - Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve business objectives. - Capacity to perform under pressure and meet deadline-oriented project demands while managing multiple initiatives. - Self-motivated with a detail-oriented and organized approach, capable of multitasking. - Strong communication skills. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBBS graduate with no prior experience necessary. Additional skills desired for this position: - Familiarity with HIPPA regulations, critical thinking, basic understanding of US culture, and organizational culture and behavior. Please note that this is a permanent position with a salary budget of 6,20,000 PA for freshers, which can go up to 9,00,000 PA for individuals with 12 years of experience.,
