Job Description Designation: Chief Medical Officer Payroll Company: Prabas Vcare Health Clinic (P) Ltd Work Mode: Work from office Qualification: MD -DVL /MBBS with PG diploma in DVL Job Locations: TG - Warangal, Karimnagar, Miyapur, Gachibowli, Nizamabad, Uppal, Medipally, Kukatpally, Khammam, TN: Salem, Trichy, Erode, Kumbakonam, Coimbatore, Nagarcoil, Tirunelveli, Tuticorin, Theni, Tiruvallur, Karur, Tirupur, Hosur, Kanchipuram, Dindigal & Chennai. KTK: Whitefield, Mysore, Mangalore, Belgaum, Davangere, Shivamogga, Bangalore. Roles and Responsibilities: Administering treatments, monitoring outcomes and recommending changes in treatment plans when necessary for Hair & Skin. Educating patients on lifestyle choices and other ways to improve their conditions Referring patients to alternative specialists for treatments Ensuring that all procedures are in line with medical laws and regulations Attending conferences and networking with other professionals Keeping up to date with regard to new treatments and research Working closely together with assistants and other team members to ensure that patients are receiving adequate care Prescribing relevant medication or skin products as part of a treatment plan Treating patients with respect and compassion and ensuring compliance with current medical regulations and ethics Procedures like Botox, Fillers, Lasers, Peels & IV infusion. Required Skills: Good English Communication Required &Knowing Local Language is added advantage. Active listening skills towards customer needs. Meeting Targets/goals set by management. Collegiality and collaboration Prospecting skills Relationship-building Interpersonalskills Problem solving Training Policy: As per standard Operating Procedure it is mandatory to undergo the Training for a period of Max 1 weeks for all the Fresher CMOs at our nearest branches (If required hands on training) Salary would be calculated and paid from day one of the joining with our Branches. As per our Company policy CMOs to and fro travel tickets & Standard accommodation could be reimbursed for your entire training period with us, Perks & Benefits: Full time -Freshers 1.5 lacks Gross salary per months Above salary is subject to TDS. Part time -Freshers 80k Gross salary per months Above salary is subject to TDS Shift Timings: Full Time 10:00AM -07:00PM /11AM-08:00PM Part Time Minimum 4Hours required presence in the clinic. Most preferred is 2:00Pm-06:00Pm /03:00Pm -07:00PM /04:00PM-08:00Pm. Eligibility- Any sort of career Upliftment program must in line with Trichology OR Dermatology domain in line with our business and should represent the company Brand of Vcare.
