We are currently looking for an experienced International Business Manager who will play a crucial role in expanding our global footprint, driving strategic partnerships, and developing sustainable international business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in international business development, particularly in the medical disposables and wound care sectors. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to enhance the company's international market presence, identifying and establishing partnerships with distributors, hospitals, and healthcare providers globally, conducting market research and competitive analysis to spot growth opportunities, managing international client relationships with exceptional customer service, leading contract negotiations, and closing deals with international partners. Additionally, you will represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings worldwide. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in International Business Development, a strong knowledge of Medical Disposables, Wound Care, and Haemostats, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability and willingness to travel internationally as required. Multilingual proficiency is considered an advantage, as well as experience working with regulatory requirements in the medical industry.
