As a qualified MBBS doctor, you will be responsible for providing in-person clinical consultations and teleconsultations at a primary health center based in Bangalore. Your duties will include diagnosing, treating, counseling patients, and making referrals when necessary. You will evaluate patients, provide medical treatment for various illnesses and injuries, and explain procedures or prescribed treatments to them. Maintaining confidentiality, collecting and recording sensitive patient information, and staying updated on medical developments are essential aspects of this role. In addition to physical consultations, you will engage with patients through online modes such as e-consultations on voice/video/chat. You may also be required to assist in organizing health camps at community and corporate levels. The ideal candidate should have at least 1+ years of experience post-internship, be multilingual (Hindi/Kannada/English/Telugu/Tamil), MCI/state medical council registered, and comfortable with split shifts from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Excellent communication and listening skills, empathy towards patient service, dedication to patient safety and healthcare quality, and alignment with the organization's values and vision are crucial for this role. This part-time, contractual/temporary position requires candidates to be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
