Medical Coding Auditor - E/M & Denials

As a Medical Coding - Quality Auditor at MBW RCM, you will have the opportunity to review the work performed by Coders, identify and document any quality issues, and ensure high standards of accuracy in medical coding. You will be responsible for reviewing charts, production, and quality-related issues on various parameters, as well as participating in the development of process documentation. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining the Quality Management System for ISO and providing feedback to the training team for remedial training. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you check the reports developed by Coders and Senior Coders, while adhering to MBW's information security guidelines. It is important to uphold ethical behavior at all times and actively contribute to the company's culture of integrity. Key Responsibilities: - Review the work performed by Coders and document any quality issues - Review charts, production, and quality-related issues on various parameters - Participate in developing process documentation - Maintain the Quality Management System for ISO - Provide feedback and collaborate with the training team for remedial training - Check reports developed by Coders & Senior Coders - Adhere to MBWs information security guidelines - Uphold ethical behavior and contribute to a culture of integrity Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Auditor - Coding with medical billing service providers - Hands-on experience in E/M & Denials specialty - 4 to 6 years of experience in Medical Coding - Certification Mandatory: CPC / COC from AAPC - Strong knowledge in medical billing, medical coding, and process understanding - Experience in end-to-end Healthcare process/Medical Coding audit - Ability to adapt to new situations and challenges - Good communication and typing skills - Adherence to all company policies and procedures If you are ready to boost your career in Quality Assurance as a Medical Coding - Quality Auditor with MBW RCM, apply online by emailing your resume to our recruiting team at careers@mbwrcm.com.
