Job Description

Assist in reviewing patient records and clinical documentation to identify appropriate codes.
Learn and apply basic coding guidelines (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) under supervision.
Collaborate with senior coders, physicians, and billing teams to ensure accurate coding and documentation.
Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and seminars related to coding and compliance.
Maintain confidentiality of patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Perform quality checks on coded data to identify potential errors or inconsistencies.
Support the billing team in resolving coding-related denials or rejections.
Stay updated on current coding standards, insurance regulations, and healthcare policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,916.28 - ₹40,405.50 per month
