**Job Title:** Medical Coder (Fresher & Experienced up to 3 Years)

**About the Role:**

Rev Works RCM is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Coders to join our growing team in Chennai. This role is open to both freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in medical coding. You will be part of a team ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in medical billing and coding processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Review and assign appropriate medical codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services.

- Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with current regulations and guidelines.

- Collaborate with billing and documentation teams to resolve coding-related discrepancies.

- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all transactions.

**Qualifications:**

- Any degree or equivalent education.

- Certified in medical coding (CPC, CCS, or equivalent certification).

- Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes preferred.

- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

**Experience:**

- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience may apply.
