As a Field Worker - IND Rx, your responsibilities will include driving demand for Health Care Practitioners (HCPs) to prescribe GSK medicines within indication for appropriate patients. You will develop and manage a territory with the goal of maximizing prescriptions, meet call goals while focusing on top HCPs, and host product presentations to specific HCPs. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Science stream/B. Pharmacy, possess networking skills with doctors and physicians, be self-motivated, patient-focused, and understanding. Other required skills include time management, planning, managing interpersonal relationships, in-clinic effectiveness, strong work ethics, customer focus orientation, and excellent communication.
