Medical Billing I Senior AR

As a Senior AR at Crystalvoxx Global LLP, you will be responsible for the following: - Conducting AR follow-up and Insurance calling in a medical billing company. - Managing denials efficiently. - Handling calls with Insurance companies in the US on behalf of Physicians, Clinics, and Hospitals to follow up on their outstanding Accounts Receivables. - Demonstrating a sound knowledge in the U.S. Healthcare Domain (provider side) and suggesting methods for improvement. - Possessing basic knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle Management process. - Managing and developing collaterals as required. - Keeping Team Leader informed about client updates. - Meeting productivity and quality targets within the specified Turnaround Time (TAT). - Identifying issues and escalating them to the Team Leader or Manager promptly. - Updating Production logs accurately. - Adhering to company policies, rules, and regulations strictly. - Following quality processes using the checklist diligently.
