What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound & outbound calls for prior authorization requestsReview patient information & medical documents for accuracyCoordinate with physicians, insurance companies & providers for timely approvalsVerify insurance coverage & eligibilityMaintain accurate documentation of authorization activitiesMeet turnaround, accuracy & quality targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in prior authorization / healthcare BPO / voice processStrong communication skills (verbal & written)Knowledge of medical terminologies & insurance processes (preferred)Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office & computer applications
