Role Overview We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who can bridge creativity with performance. You’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising full-funnel marketing strategies that connect audiences from awareness to conversion. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of paid media, analytics, automation, and funnel optimisation — and can translate marketing data into real business impact. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels. Lead performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn to achieve growth and ROI goals. Design and optimise funnel-based user journeys — awareness → consideration → conversion → retention. Manage ad budgets, media plans, and forecasts , ensuring efficient allocation and measurable results. Oversee tracking and analytics , including GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM integrations. Analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV) and present actionable insights. Collaborate with creative, strategy, and content teams to ensure message and design alignment. Stay current with digital trends, platform policies, and automation tools to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably within an agency setting. Proven success managing paid media campaigns with measurable ROI. Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho). Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and project-management abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (MBA preferred).
