Media Sales /Advertising Sales Manager

Role Overview: As a Brand Manager at NoBrokerHood, your primary role is to generate sales and address customers' marketing and advertising-related issues. You will function as an extended marketing arm for the brands, focusing on a Customer-First approach. Your responsibilities include identifying potential brands and companies, onboarding new clients, ensuring client retention, and executing advertising campaigns based on client briefs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct day-to-day research on relevant brands, their marketing spending trends, and marketing strategies. - Manage relationships with clients or agencies to stay informed about their upcoming campaigns. - Identify new brands/companies based on market knowledge and current advertisers. - Reach out and establish connections with identified brands, companies, and agencies. - Understand clients' businesses, identify their marketing challenges, and gather marketing campaign briefs. - Plan advertising campaigns based on the briefs and obtain client approval for campaign execution. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed as per the commitment. - Coordinate with clients for seamless workflow and reporting of ongoing advertising campaigns. - Achieve monthly/yearly revenue targets with defined input and output criteria. - Prepare daily task reports. - Allocate work hours between answering emails/calls and executing/campaign planning. - Cultivate strong business relationships with clients for long-term partnerships. - Foster a culture of high performance and innovation within the team. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills in English. - Agility to adapt to changing business requirements. - Motivated with a positive, can-do attitude, willing to take initiative and drive results. (Note: The salary for this position is up to 11 LPA with fixed variables.)
