The Researcher is for on-ground project visits in Delhi NCR. The role involves collecting project details, verifying site information, and reporting insights to support our NP Feed content Responsibilities : Visit real estate project sites in Delhi NCR to collect accurate on-ground information and visuals using a mobile camera. Build and maintain strong relationships with local brokers and project representatives. Verify and document project details including amenities, pricing, and construction status for internal research and analysis. Skills & Expertise Strong knowledge of the Delhi NCR real estate market Excellent communication and networking skills, especially with brokers and site staff Proficient in mobile photography and basic video handling Attention to detail and ability to verify on-ground data accurately Self-motivated with good time management and reporting skills Familiarity with Google Maps and navigation tools for efficient site visits
