About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in the end-to-end creation of video campaigns from concept to final delivery 2. Operate DSLR/video cameras, frame shots, manage lighting setups, and ensure visual quality 3. Help write scripts, dialogues, and screenplays that reflect the tone and objective of the content 4. Contribute to on-screen performance and assist in directing actors for short films or reels 5. Support sound selection and design to enhance storytelling 6. Edit footage into engaging content using transitions, music, effects, and pacing techniques 7. Work closely with marketing, content, and design teams to align on vision 8. Refine content based on inputs from leads and founders 9. Demonstrate experience with cameras, shot planning, lighting, and production gear 10. Show familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, or any professional editing tool 11. Understand filmmaking principles, visual storytelling, and transitions 12. Possess scriptwriting and acting experience (preferred) 13. Display awareness of music timing, beats, and emotional tones 14. Maintain strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics 15. Remain open to feedback, be a quick learner, and a self-starter 16. Exhibit high energy, passion, and eagerness to grow 17. Own a camera, stabilizer, drone, or any production gear 18. Have worked on Cricket, Astrology, or pop culture projects 19.
