Media Production Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Media Production Assistant to support our team in executing various creative projects, including shoot preparations, on-set assistance, and production logistics. Job Responsibilities: Assist with setting up and managing production gear and equipment . Support basic lighting setups and understand on-set needs. Maintain detailed edit reports and logs throughout the production process. Help in setting up and wrapping the set before and after shoots. Coordinate logistics involving props, costumes, and gear during movement between locations. Work with the art team to procure and manage production-related items . Help in scouting shooting locations based on script requirements while adhering to budget constraints. Provide both on-set and off-set support to the production team during filming. Apply practical thinking and quick problem-solving to address any on-ground production challenges. Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film, Communication, or a related field. Basic understanding of media equipment and production processes. Good communication and team collaboration skills. Ability to multitask and handle time-sensitive work under pressure. Willingness to travel for shoots if required. Prior experience or internship in production (preferred but not mandatory).
