Collaboration with the creative and video production team for content planning is crucial to maintain a professional and engaging on-screen presence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as the face of the brand in property showcase videos. - Shoot and present real estate properties confidently. - Provide detailed walkthroughs of properties (interiors & exteriors). - Explain property features, amenities, and benefits in front of the camera. - Record property reviews and client testimonials for marketing use. - Collaborate with the creative and video production team for content planning. - Maintain a professional, approachable, and engaging on-screen presence. **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Confident and camera-friendly personality. - Ability to explain property details clearly and engagingly. - Interest/experience in real estate, anchoring, or media presentation (preferred). - Good coordination skills for managing property visits. - Willingness to travel for property shoots. - Preferred background in Mass Communication / Journalism / Media Studies.,
