We are currently seeking a Sr. Specialist, Advertiser Sales for our US market focusing on Siteplug.com. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving new business growth and fostering strong relationships with advertisers. Siteplug is a performance-oriented advertising platform that offers innovative solutions such as search amplification, typo correction, and content-driven discovery to help brands engage high-intent users. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with agencies and direct advertisers to ensure the success of digital campaigns, requiring a strategic mindset, effective client management, and a comprehensive understanding of digital media buying. Your efforts will be pivotal in achieving revenue targets and establishing Siteplug as a key player in performance media partnerships in the US market. Key Responsibilities: - Lead advertising sales efforts for Siteplug in the US market, emphasizing performance-based solutions. - Identify and onboard new advertisers and clients interested in digital media buying. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prominent media agencies, serving as their primary contact. - Take ownership of revenue goals and spearhead strategic initiatives to consistently meet and surpass targets. - Develop and present compelling sales pitches, media plans, and proposals tailored to meet client objectives. - Collaborate closely with clients to understand their campaign objectives and deliver personalized advertising strategies. - Monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyze key metrics, and offer optimization suggestions to enhance results. - Work collaboratively with internal product, tech, and operations teams to improve offerings, introduce new ad formats, and ensure seamless campaign execution for business growth. Required Skills: - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the online advertising industry, with established relationships in the media buying sector and a proven track record with digital advertising networks, agencies, and brands. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Self-driven, motivated, and eager to learn and adapt to new concepts. - Strong team player with the ability to motivate others. - Creative thinker with excellent analytical and problems-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel & Word). - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.,
