This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different platforms such as Digital mainly with some basic mainline background. Responsibilities: Execute media strategies, insights generation, measurement and reporting, ensuring the channel plays a lead role in supporting our clients digital journey. Optimise KPIs to maximise the ROI of each marketing rupee spent within weekly budget restraints. Understands and is intimately aware of competitive activity in paid search, ensures that SEM campaigns are set up to deliver competitive advantage. Optimise the end-to-end campaign (including targeting segments, creative, remarking tactics, etc.) on an ongoing basis in real-time with a focus on personalisation. Deliver detailed and actionable insights and strategic recommendations, provide interpretation, guidance and recommendations to drive business performance Produce &; manage keyword research, technical, content and SEM audits analysis and optimisation recommendations Lead day-to-day engagement with clients and key internal team to deliver best- in-class SEM strategies and programs. Develop and test new campaigns to better target users and improve overall marketing efficiencies. Determine the best media outlet mix for promotional strategies. Monitor online and offline ad campaigns. Design and review advertising budgets in collaboration with the Marketing Director. Negotiate with media channels to close competitive deals. Prepare additional promotional projects to support new product launches. Build long-term relationships with media influencers to promote the brand. Increase Media business and maintain the P/L. Proactively pitch to new clients and close at least two clients every quarter (MUST). Ensure effective payment collection from clients to ensure the company's financial liquidity. Qualifications Proven work experience (6+) as a Media Director, Media Planner or similar role. Demonstrated Managerial / Team Leadership Skills. Advanced knowledge of Facebook ads (Blueprint certification a bonus) Google Ads Certified with Advanced knowledge (Search / Display / Mobile / Video). Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (Certification is a bonus). Basic knowledge of Tag Management system (Google Tag Manager). Basic knowledge of website optimisation, with a focus on landing page conversation and A/B testing. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Knowledge of and ability to use various research tools. Worked in an advertising agency. Knowledge of different types of media channels. Strong decision-making skills.
