What are we looking for? Graduate, Post Graduate or Graduate in Fine Arts Basic knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research and optimization. Knowledge of digital ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn Ads. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to gauge campaign performance. Roles and Responsibilities: Creative Project Planning:oDevelop detailed project plans tailored to creative deliverables, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.oTranslate client briefs into actionable tasks for creative teams, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.oManage end-to-end production cycles for creative assets, including print, digital, and multimedia. Cross-Functional Coordination:oAct as a liaison between creative teams and other stakeholders (e.g., marketing, product, or external clients).oEnsure alignment between creative vision and business objectives across all projects.oSchedule regular check-ins with design and production teams to track progress and address bottlenecks. Quality Assurance:oReview creative outputs (e.g., designs, videos, animations) to ensure they meet brand guidelines, creative standards, and project objectives.oCoordinate feedback from stakeholders, ensuring clear communication to creative teams for revisions.oConduct final checks to confirm deliverables are print- or web-ready as required.
