Assist in the setup and configuration of broadcast equipment under supervision. Maintain accurate logs and documentation of system status, incidents, and maintenance activities. Follow operational procedures and safety protocols during broadcast operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scheduling, content, and transmission groups. Participate in shift rotations to provide 24/7 playout support, including nights and weekends. Learn and stay updated with broadcast technology trends and best practices. Support testing and implementation of system upgrades or new equipment. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Broadcast Technology, or related field preferred. Basic understanding of broadcast playout systems, video/audio signal flow, and IT networking. Familiarity with broadcast automation software and media servers is a plus.
