Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively working knowledge of various social media CRMs Social media representative duties: Ensure a positive reflection for Organization across all social media platforms. Resolve customer complaints via email or social media Ensure all customer queries and complaints/escalations are responded to within time. Monitoring customer feedback/Review websites Share daily trends and analysis Daily tracking and follow up of customer feedback reports Handling customer queries on WhatsApp Identify root causes for all complaints and escalations - work with customer service, operations and other stakeholders to structurally reduce social media escalations and complaints.
