Role Overview: As the Media Manager or Head of the Media Department at Foundation, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the media strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating extensive, bold, and relevant media coverage both online and offline - Leading all media relations activities such as identifying media opportunities, drafting strategic responses, and creating headline-grabbing press releases - Being quick to spot opportunities and turning around thought-provoking comments and op-eds that challenge decision-makers and drive change - Building and maintaining a network of journalists across various media platforms - Collaborating with the Head of Communications to develop and implement a media strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives - Contributing to the development of the organization's communication strategy and managing the organizational narrative and messaging - Working closely with Talent and Storytelling Managers to establish a network of young people and youth worker ambassadors to support the Unlocking Youth Work strategy Qualifications Required: To be eligible for this role, you should have: - BE in Computer Science or a Diploma/Degree in Computer - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Graphic Designing, Website Maintenance, Social Media Management, and Hardware & Network expertise Company Details: Please note that this role is in the Marketing & Communications team within the External Relations department at UK Youth.,
