Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Follow-Up : Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and messages to introduce Medha Clouds services and qualify leads. Client Needs Understanding : Identify client pain points related to cloud migration, Microsoft 365, backup, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or support services. Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified prospects. CRM Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data, notes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM. Promote Full-Service Portfolio : Communicate the value of our services including Azure, Microsoft 365, Virtual Machines, Cloud Backup, Endpoint Security, Email Services, and more. Market Research : Help research target industries and identify high-potential segments. Required Qualifications (Must-Haves) Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Good interpersonal skills and confidence to handle outbound calls and follow-ups. Willingness to learn about technical services and business communication strategies. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves) Prior experience (internship/project) in customer service, lead generation, or telecalling is a bonus. Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking software. Interest or basic knowledge in IT/cloud concepts like Microsoft 365, Azure, or cybersecurity.
