Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive GEM Executive to manage and coordinate activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The role involves handling product listings, bid participation, documentation, order fulfillment, and compliance with government procurement processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update company profile on the GeM portal. Upload and update products/services as per GeM guidelines. Monitor and respond to bid/tender opportunities. Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and required documents for tenders. Coordinate with internal teams to gather required documentation (technical, financial, etc.). Track orders, deliveries, and payments through the GeM portal. Ensure timely renewal of certifications, compliance documents, and licenses on GeM. Handle vendor assessment, RA/RA items, and incident management (if applicable). Resolve any queries or disputes related to GeM orders and tenders. Keep abreast of changes, updates, and new policies in the GeM portal. Required Skills: Good understanding of the GeM portal and government procurement processes. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with government documentation and vendor registration processes. Preferred Experience: 1–2 years of experience in GeM portal management or e-tendering. Experience in government liaison or sales support roles.
