Medevplus is hiring a Supply Chain Executive to support and streamline our supply chain operations with a strong focus on international shipments, ensuring smooth movement of goods, timely deliveries, and efficient vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day supply chain operations (imports, exports, and domestic) Handle shipping documentation, customs clearance, and compliance requirements Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and other vendors Support procurement and purchase order processes Oversee inventory tracking and ensure stock accuracy Manage order processing from initiation to delivery Assist in vendor onboarding, creation, and vendor management Work on vendor negotiations and cost-effective logistics solutions Track shipments and help resolve operational issues Maintain accurate records and trackers for shipments, inventory, and procurement Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely requirement fulfillment Requirements Minimum 2+ year of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or international shipments Knowledge of shipping documentation, purchase order management, and vendor management Experience in vendor negotiations and cost optimization Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Graduate in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business Management preferred Interested candidates can send their resumes to sayana.m@medevplus.com
