Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Payer Enrollment Follow-Up Specialist. The role involves managing payer enrollments, following up on credentialing applications, coordinating with insurance companies, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring timely completion of enrollment processes. The specialist will communicate regularly with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure smooth operations and compliance. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Credentialing and Payer Enrollment processes Knowledge of Insurance and Employee Benefits Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Proficiency in using relevant software and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
