Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, based in Chennai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with dealers, customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored product recommendations. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining positive customer relationships, ensuring a thorough understanding of the company's product offerings, and assisting in the preparation of sales reports. The individual will also collaborate with team members to execute sales strategies effectively. Qualifications Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer service, and relationship building Effective communication, active listening, and negotiation skills Ability to meet sales targets, analyze data, and provide actionable insights Problem-solving aptitude, time management skills, and attention to detail Proficiency in using sales software or CRM systems Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team
