The ideal candidate for this position should hold a B.E. degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics. Freshers or individuals with 1-2 years of experience are welcome to apply. In this role, you will primarily work in an office environment with minimal fieldwork. Your responsibilities will include managing existing key customers and dealers, addressing technical queries from customers and dealers with the support of the technical team, preparing and sending offers in response to inquiries, and following up on orders and order execution. Additionally, you will handle service queries via phone and email, create and publish advertisements for various platforms, update the company website, and keep customers informed about product updates. Furthermore, you will be responsible for database management, dealer and channel management, coordinating with different departments, creating Power Point presentations, and drafting product descriptions for magazines and websites.
